Debra Sue Callaway-Hunter, 47 of Nevada, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017, at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. Debra was born September 12, 1969, in Castro Valley, California the daughter of Gene Lawton Draper and Carole Sue Evans. On June 10, 2015, she was united in marriage to Larry Dean Hunter in Boone. Debra enjoyed animals and watching WWE, especially the Undertaker. Debra is survived by her husband Larry of Nevada; her son, Brandon Burkhart of Ogden; her mother, Carole Evans of Ames; her brother, Daniel Selby of Nebraska; her sisters: Sherri (Larry) Huff of Newton and Kelly (Roger) Stanley of Des Moines; and three grandchildren: Ariel, Shay and Alexander. Debra was preceded in death by her father and a daughter, Missy Sundberg. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Friday, July 14, at Rasmusson-Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Rasmusson-Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada is handling arrangements.
