Thomas Glen "Tom" Huggins, of Shelbyville, KY, died Wednesday, April 5, 2006 in Shelbyville. He was retired from Central Hudson Gas and Electric in Poughkeepsie, NY. He was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church in Shelbyville, KY and an Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Janice "Jan" Huggins of Shelbyville; a daughter: Terri Poehlein of Shelbyville, KY; a son, Tom Huggins, Jr, of Mason, OH; a brother, Donald George Huggins of Lawrence, KS; and five grandchildren. His parents, Harold and Helen Huggins, and a sister, Susan K. Bell of Anne, TX, preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 10:30 Tuesday at the Bacon Funeral Home in Maxwell. Burial will be in the Farrar Cemetery. Visitation will be 7:00 - 8:30 pm Monday at the Bacon Funeral Home in Maxwell. Memorial may be made to the American Society.
