Obituary

Clyde Marion Ball, 84 of Nevada, died Friday, October 23, 2020, at his home. Clyde was born January 25, 1936, in Madrid, the son of Clifford W. Ball and Dorothy C. Muck. On May 9, 1962, he was united in marriage to Barbara Ann Cook in Bethany, Missouri. Clyde drove a semi hauling cattle and retired from Nevada Redi-Mix. He enjoyed hunting and animals but most of all, he loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Clyde is survived by his children: Connie McFadden, Debbie Robinson, Chris Ball, Penni Vary, Claudia Atkinson, Rex Ball and Karisten Glick; his brothers, Tom (Connie) Ball and Wayne Ball; his sister-in-law, Delores Ball; 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; his sister, Shirley Moe; his brothers, Clifford Ball and Dennis Ball and a great-grandson, Kalub Hapes. A visitation will be 11:30-1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28 at Rasmusson-Ryan Funeral Home (1418 Fawcett Pkwy) in Nevada. The first half hour of visitation is reserved for those who wish to attend but are in the high-risk category. A graveside service will follow the visitation at the Nevada Municipal Cemetery in Nevada. Face masks and social distancing are required. Memorials may be made to the family in memory of Clyde.
