AMES- Craig Curtis Bennett, 41, of Ames died at his home October 6, 2005. Craig was born July 7, 1964, in Boone, Iowa. Craig graduated Marshalltown High School and had worked as a salesman in automotive parts. He is survived by his mother and stepfather: Sharilyn and Jack Nutter of Johnston, IA; his father and stepmother: Ben and Janine Bennett of Boone, IA; a grandfather: Howard McMinimee of Denison, IA; a brother: Eric Bennett of Johnston, IA; a sister: Christy Heronimus of Urbandale, IA; 1 niece, 3 nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles. Craig was preceded in death by his grandparents: Art and Ferne Varak. Private Family services will be held at a later date. The Bacon Funeral Home and Crematory in Nevada handled arrangements.
