Donagene "Donna" LaVonne Pratt, 77 of Nevada, died Friday, September 9, 2022, at Story County Senior Care in Nevada.

Donna was born August 6, 1945, in Ames, Iowa the daughter of LaVerne Milford and Beulah Viola (Routh) Lee. She married Harold Leman Pratt on August 10, 1963, in Nevada. Donna was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church in Nevada and spent many years babysitting and cleaning houses. Donna was also the bookkeeper for Pratt Sanitation for 20 years. She was an avid fan of the Iowa State Cyclones and enjoyed cooking and camping with family.

Donna is survived by her husband of 59 years, Harold of Nevada; her daughter, Elaine Pratt of Nevada; her sons, Dennis (Nikki) Pratt of Nevada and Doug (Lisa) Pratt of Nevada; her grandchildren: Tylor, Brie, Malia, and Adam Pratt; her sister, Marlene Bonwell of Lawton, OK; her nephew, Patrick Bonwell of McKinney, TX and many others that called her Momma Pratt or Nani. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers-in-law, Mert Bonwell and Charles Pratt.

A visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Rasmusson-Ryan Funeral Home (1418 Fawcett Pkwy) in Nevada. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2022, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Nevada Municipal Cemetery in Nevada. A celebration of Donna's life will follow the service at George's Pizza.

In honor of Donna, those attending the visitation or service are requested to wear jeans, t-shirts, or clothing with your favorite sports team.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in memory of Donna for their use to be determined later.
