Donna J. Webster, 96 of Nevada, formerly of Colo, died Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Rolling Green Village in Nevada. Donna was born June 12, 1925, in Colo the daughter of Thomas and Stella (Fish) Cummings. She graduated from Colo High School and was united in marriage to Edwin A. Webster on November 4, 1949, in Des Moines. Donna was a homemaker and after raising her family, she went to work as a travel agent, allowing her to travel worldwide. She was a member of the Colo United Methodist Church and enjoyed playing piano, playing bridge and watching college football and basketball- especially the Iowa State Cyclones. Donna is survived by her children: Mark (Diane) Webster of Spencer, Ohio, Tom Webster of Nevada and Brad Webster of Nevada; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her brother, Tom Cummings of Des Moines. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 2002; and her brothers, Ray and Ted Cummings. A graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday, November 22, 2021, at the Colo Cemetery in Colo. A reception for family and friends will follow at Willow Brook Barn (408 Progress Drive) in Colo. Memorial contributions may be made to the Colo First United Methodist Church in memory of Donna.
