Dorene Finney, 79, of Nevada, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. Per Dorene's wishes, she has been cremated and a memorial service will be held later in Lancaster, CA. Dorene is survived by her sons, Michael Glatfelter Sr. of San Jose, CA, Geoffrey "Jeff" Jones of Cottage Grove, OR and Steve Cooney of Nevada; nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaugher. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother. Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada is handling arrangements.
