Libertyville, Illinois - Dorothy Holsinger Klink, 91, formerly of Maxwell, died February 9, 2005 in the Winchester House in Libertyville, Illinois where she had been a resident.
Dorothy was born January 22, 1914 at Nevada, Iowa the daughter of Jessie and Sarah (Ronald) Carr. She was united in marriage to Verne Holsinger in 1930. Verne died in 1968. She later married Paul Klink in 1979. Paul died in 1999. Dorothy worked as a Lab Technician at Iowa State University. She was a member of the Maxwell Presbyterian Church, the United Presbyterian Women and a former member of Rebekkah's Circle.
Dorothy is survived by a son: Harlan (Susan) Holsinger of Fort Lupton, Colorado; 2 daughters: Marilyn (Parke) Ray of Nevada, Iowa, Carol Joy (Kenneth) Gould of Lake Bluff, Illinois; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; a daughter, Marjory Brown; 2 brothers and 6 sisters.
