Dru Elizabeth Stoeffler, 38 of Nevada, died Sunday, October 23, 2022, at her home in Nevada.

Dru was born March 22, 1984, in Ames, Iowa the daughter of Jan and Marilyn (Pugh) Stoeffler.  She graduated from Nevada High School in 2002 and was united in marriage to Aric Hoggerwerf on November 30, 2010, in Ames.  Dru attended Iowa State University and enjoyed axe throwing and volunteering with Unbreakabull Bullies.

Dru is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Graveside services are pending.
