Janet Loraine Roby, 88, of Nevada, Iowa, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Rolling Green Village in Nevada.

Janet was born April 14, 1936, the daughter of Milo and Janette Eildene Roby. She graduated from Granger High School and worked as a secretary at various places. Janet enjoyed crocheting and her two cats.

Janet is survived by three daughters: Mindy (Keith) Tillotson of Nevada, Iowa, Lea (Roger) Murphy of Ames, Iowa, Carla (Jerry) Darrah of Nevada, Iowa; 5 grandchildren; 1 step grandchild; 7 great grandchildren; 2 step great-grandchildren; and her sister: Judy (Lawrence) Battani.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents.

As per Janet's wishes, she has been cremated.
