Janice Kay Huber, 75, of Nevada, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019, at Story County Senior Care in Nevada. Janice was born September 18, 1943, in Nevada, the daughter of Wesley Benjamin and Geneva Mary (Wilson) Hodges. In early years, she was a homemaker and later worked for the Salvation Army in Cedar Rapids. Janice enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and collecting frog figurines. Janice is survived by her children: Wesley (Chong) Corbin of Kerrville, TX, Tanicia (Earl) Hickman of Carroll and Lonnie Corbin of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren: Jennifer (Patrick) Ferris, April (Evan) Sansone, Mary (Jose) Hernandez, Anthony Crook, Ashley Crook, Michael Hickman and Ronnie Corbin; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Jeannie Grady. At Janice's request she has been cremated and no services are planned.
