Katherine G. Neubauer Thomas, 89, went to see the Lord on June 12, 2007. She passed away at Mercy Hospice of Johnston. Visitation will begin at 12:30 PM on June 15 at Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada, Iowa with the service immediately following at 2:00 PM. Katherine was born in Hubbard, IA and lived in the central Iowa area. Her hobbies were playing bingo and watching the Price Is Right. Her greatest source of enjoyment came from spending time with her family. She is survived by her children: Dean Neubauer (Chris), Lois Santi (Joe) and Bob Neubauer (Melissa); 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters and 2 brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ole and Hattie Holseid, a sister, Margaret and a brother, Donald.
