Mark Dixon, 54, of Colo, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at the Story County Hospital in Nevada. Mark was born May 14, 1957, in Malden, Massachusetts to Robert and Pauline (Delano) Dixon. He graduated from Mesa Central High School in 1974, and attended ITT Technical Institute for one year. Mark was a truck driver and enjoyed playing his guitar and computer games along with driving his truck. Mark is survived by his girlfriend of 12 years, Tawni Boyd of Colo; his mother, Pauline Curtin of Duchesne, Utah; and his sister, JoAnn Lundy (Joni Hartman) of Apache Junction, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his father and his half brother, Bruce Curtin. Per Mark's wishes, he has been cremated and his cremated remains will be scattered over the mountains in Arizona. Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada is handling arrangements.
