Paul Allan Comstock, 58, of Ames, formerly of Jewell, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at his home in Ames. Paul was born December 19, 1957, in Belmond, Iowa to Charles Henry and Phyllis Ann (Beisch) Comstock. He graduated from Charles City High School in 1975 and enjoyed science fiction writing, woodworking and his cats. Paul is survived by his mother, Phyllis Comstock; his sister, Julie Seely; his brother, James Comstock; and his nieces and nephews: Tawnua Seely, Micki Witchman, Charles Seely and Samantha Seely. He was preceded in death by his father. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Rasmusson-Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada is handling arrangements.
