Rickey Dean Clayberg, 70, of Ames, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Rickey was born January 1, 1946, in Story City, the son of Richard Duane and Florence Mae (Burnett) Clayberg. He graduated from Ames High School in 1964 and had worked as a florist. Rickey is survived by his sons: Aaron Clayberg of Ames and Nathan Clayberg of Independence, IA; his brother, Michael (Judy) Clayberg of Marshalltown; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Per Rickey's wishes, he has been cremated and no services are planned. Rasmusson-Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada is handling arrangements.
