Roxanne Scott, beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Nevada, Iowa, on June 11, 2026. Born Roxanne Ihle on May 15, 1958, in Ames, Iowa, she lived a life marked by warmth, kindness, and an ever-present smile.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 17, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Rasmusson-Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada, Iowa, located at 1418 Fawcett Parkway. This gathering will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to honor Roxanne’s spirit and share the many stories filled with joy, humor, and love that defined her life.  Private family burial will be at the Nevada Municipal Cemetery in Nevada.
