Sarah Ann "Sally" Hansen, 86, of Nevada, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015, at Rolling Green Village in Nevada. Sally was born December 4, 1928, in Nevada to Isaac and Elma (Lyons) Hornbacher. She graduated from Oak Park Academy in 1947 and was united in marriage to Ivan Hansen on August 1, 1948, in Nevada. Sally was a school bus driver for the Nevada Schools and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Nevada. She enjoyed playing the piano. Sally is survived by her husband, Ivan of Nevada; her sons, Eugene (Judy) Hansen of Cedar Rapids and Delvin (Jo Ann) Hansen of Harvey, North Dakota; her daughter, Yvonne (Garry) Losey of Spokane, Washington; seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Dee Earl. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 5, 2015, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Nevada with interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery near Nevada. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada is handling arrangements.
