Sheila LeAnn Collingwood, 61, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Bethany Life in Story City.

Sheila was born July 8, 1962, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Donald Allen and Pauline Ellen (Hayes) Caya. She graduated from Shellsburg High School in 1980 and from the National College of Business in 1989. Sheila worked for Mayo Clinic as an Optician. In her spare time, she enjoyed camping, putting together 1000-piece puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.

Sheila is survived by her children, Justin Collingwood of Sioux Falls, SD, Lyndsey (Josh) DeVos of Nevada and Travis McKelroy of Albert Lea, MN; her mother, Pauline (Scott) Schnor of Shellsburg; her grandchildren, Becker, Emerson, and Hadley DeVos all of Nevada; and her brothers, Tony (Kaylee) Caya of Cedar Rapids and Chris (Kori) Caya of Antioch, IL. She was preceded in death by her father; and her maternal grandparents, Homer and Okelena Hayes.

Sheila has been cremated and a private family service will be held.
