Thelma Lou Norris passed away peacefully, November 10, 2025 at Rolling Green Village in Nevada, Iowa.

Lou was born December 23, 1933 to Joe and Thelma Norris in Tampa, Florida.

She is survived by her sister Barbara Stahl from Nevada, Iowa and was preceded in death by her lifelong partner Edgar Hall, her parents, brothers Joe and Bill Norris, and her sister Nell Jeffrey.

Lou lived her life to the fullest splitting her time between Santa Maria, California and Weeki Wachee, Florida.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
